Menzel Enterprises is the largest towing and recovery operation in the State of Wisconsin, providing statewide WisDOT motorist assist coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our coverage extends across all major interstate corridors including I-39, I-43, I-90, I-94, and I-39/90/94, plus US highways and state routes throughout the metro Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, La Crosse, Eau Claire, and Wausau regions. Headquartered at 868 Progress Way in Sun Prairie, we maintain rapid response capability across every county we serve.

Through our long-standing partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the State Farm Safety Service Patrol, we have responded to hundreds of thousands of incidents since 2007.

Iowa Service Areas

In partnership with the Iowa Department of Transportation, Menzel Enterprises operates the IA-DOT Highway Helpers program, delivering statewide motorist assist services across Iowa’s interstates and primary highway network. Coverage includes I-35, I-80, I-29, I-380, and the major arterials connecting Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Council Bluffs, the Quad Cities, and the Sioux City region.

The Highway Helpers program provides free assistance to disabled motorists — tire changes, fuel delivery, jump-starts, mechanical assistance, and incident scene support — keeping Iowa’s roads safe and moving.
